There are No Saints - Sophie Lark

My rating: 4/5

Despite having a slow start, this book really stuck with me. The writing is gorgeous, and the story was haunting, at times very dark, and drew me right in. By the end, I was holding my breath, and I enjoyed it to the end. I liked that the MMC was very dark, though I hated him at the beginning after what happened to the FMC. I liked how he actively fought against falling for her, and I found that added a deeper and more realistic layer. I read the book last year, and it has stayed with me vividly, the way it was written and expressed. Quite the masterpiece.
